We begin by assessing your strengths, values, skills, and leadership style using proven frameworks and assessments. You’ll identify patterns that limit your impact and uncover where to focus for the greatest return.
Targeted Leadership Development
We identify 2-3 goals focused on the leadership behaviors that drive results—such as decision-making, communication, influence, and emotional intelligence (EQ). Coaching is fully customized to your role, goals, and organizational context.
Action & Accountability
Between sessions, you’ll complete focused reflections and assignments. In our work together, we translate insight into clear priorities and practical action. I serve as a strategic thought partner, trusted sounding board, and accountability partner—supportive when needed, direct when it matters.
