With over 25 years of experience in career and leadership coaching, I help professionals strengthen skills, confidence, and impact. I’ve consulted with Fortune 500 companies including Fidelity Investments, Eli Lilly, UnitedHealthcare, and Bristol Myers Squibb, as well as emerging tech start-ups, coaching thousands of professionals through leadership development, onboarding, and skill-building programs.

I’ve seen the greatest transformation through 1:1 coaching, where real-world experience, self-awareness, and accountability drive meaningful change. My background in learning and development, including leading strategic initiatives such as agile transformation, allows me to partner effectively with leaders across organizations.

I hold a graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard, an MBA in Organizational Behavior, and I’m affiliated with Keystone Partners, Skillsoft Coaching, Stewart Leadership, and the Human Capital Institute.
