ABOUT LIZ TRACY

For over 25 years, I have empowered professionals to take their skills to the next level. I have consulted with multiple Fortune 500 firms including Fidelity Investments, Eli Lilly, UnitedHealthcare, Bristol Myers Squibb as well as small tech start-ups. I coached and trained thousands of professionals through powerful onboarding and skill-building programs while mentoring team members and leading teams.

I have seen profound results from 1:1 coaching. As an experienced learning and development strategist, I see life experiences as the most important classroom.

I know that people grow the most when they really want to, and they have support.

​Many years at Fidelity Investments developed my sharp business acumen and strong relationships with business partners in sales, contact centers, product development, technology, and other support functions. I partnered with senior leaders on strategic projects including a transition to an agile operating model.

A lifelong learner, I recently earned a graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard. I received an MBA in organizational behavior from the University of Hartford and a BA in English from Fairfield University.   

I live in Deep River, CT with my husband Pete (a 5th-grade teacher), my college students Jason and Kyle, and our cat Milo.  We love to travel together and play a heated game of Texas hold'em.
